A Holiday Home Designed for Relaxation

Tredevas comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children, with flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your group. The property also offers off-road parking for up to 3 cars, ensuring easy access during your stay.

Inside, the house is designed to bring people together while still offering quiet corners to unwind. The downstairs dining room features a large table that seats 10, making it ideal for shared meals and lively conversation. The well-equipped kitchen and utility room have everything you need, including a large oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and all essential kitchenware. Upstairs, the large sitting room boasts stunning views of the Helford River, creating the perfect space for cozy evenings, games, or simply taking in the scenery.

The house includes five beautifully appointed bedrooms: three super king rooms (of which one can be made into a twin) and two twin rooms (of which one can be made up as a super king). Three bathrooms and ample storage ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. WiFi in every room, a TV, and extras like a travel cot and portable high chair cater to families of all ages.

Step outside, and you’ll find yourself immersed in the beauty of Tredevas’ mature garden, complete with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining or relaxing in the sun. The garden is a haven for nature lovers, with plenty of space for games on the lawn. A fishpond, thoughtfully netted, adds to the charm but requires supervision for young children and pets. One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement, but we ask that they stay downstairs, off furniture, and are not left unattended.

Tredevas is perfectly positioned as a base for exploring the enchanting village of Helford and its surroundings. A short (albeit steep) walk brings you to the village, where you’ll find the Shipwrights Arms, a village shop, and seasonal café. The Helford River Sailing Club warmly welcomes guests, and a foot ferry makes it easy to explore Helford Passage on the river’s north side.

Nearby, enjoy a scenic half-mile walk to Frenchman’s Creek, famously immortalized by Daphne du Maurier. Venture further to visit picturesque villages such as Manaccan, St. Martin, St. Anthony, and Flushing. For those seeking adventure on the water, boat and paddleboard rentals are available through local providers, while cyclists can enjoy bike hire with delivery to the house (including a discount for guests).
